Purchasing a new home should be an enjoyable experience. An important focus of Cozy Home Inspections is educating our clients.

Understanding the major systems in your prospective home and understanding any health and safety issue found in a home are key to alleviating anxiety and making the home buying process more enjoyable. While it is true that almost all homes have defects, the vast majority of defects are minor in nature and are often easy relatively inexpensive to resolve. Once you understand exactly what the problem is and what it takes to resolve it, the less of a concern that issue becomes.

To this end we prefer our clients accompany us on each inspection and ask as many questions as required for you to feel comfortable with the condition of the home.

We are available to entertain questions before, during, and after inspections.
