Reporting for Our Customer

We strive to tailor our reports to the needs of our customer and thier real estate agent, we take into consideration:

•    Our customers background and familiarity with construction and home systems.
•    Their trepidation at making a home purchase, especially first time buyers.
•    Whether or not they can be in attendance at the inspection for consultation.

 These factors and others help to determine where best to spend our time with the customer and how detailed the resulting report should be.
